1 Mixing Method

  • Water ratio: 7.5L water per 25kg powder
  • Use low speed mechanical stirrer
  • Let stand for 10 minutes after mixing

2 Application Steps

  • Single coat thickness ≤2mm
  • Apply with flat metal trowel
  • Pre-wet porous substrates

Please follow these guidelines to ensure optimal performance and avoid application issues

Do Not Use When:

  • Thickness >6mm or single coat >2mm
  • Temperature <5°C or >35°C
  • Gypsum/anhydrite surfaces
  • Painted/plastic coated surfaces
  • Dirty/loose substrates

Do Not Add:

  • Cement
  • Lime
  • Gypsum
  • Aggregates

Special Recommendations:

For hydraulic structures/wear surfaces use R4 Flex Putty; Prime gypsum-based plasters first
