K13 High Flex Waterproofing Slurry
High-performance waterproofing protection Engineered for durability and ease of application.
Common Waterproofing Failures
-
✕
Cracking & Peeling
Traditional coatings often fail under thermal expansion.
-
✕
Water Seepage
Poor adhesion leads to hidden leaks and structural damage.
-
✕
Short Lifespan
Materials degrade quickly under UV and weather exposure.
Engineered for Permanence
Why Choose This Product
Technical superiority in every layer.
Superior Waterproofing
Forms a dense, seamless membrane that completely blocks water penetration even under hydrostatic pressure.
Strong Adhesion
Bonds powerfully to concrete, masonry, and other substrates, preventing peeling and delamination.
UV & Weather Resistant
Engineered to withstand harsh sunlight and temperature fluctuations without degrading.
Crack Bridging
Flexible properties allow the coating to bridge minor hairline cracks in the substrate.
Long Service Life
Durable formulation ensures years of maintenance-free protection for your buildings.
Easy Application
Can be applied by brush, roller, or spray, saving labor costs and construction time.
Application Scenarios
Versatile protection for critical areas.
- Put K13 Liquid into a clean mixing container. Add the K13 Powder gradually while mixing until a lump free plastic consistency is achieved. Add 1-2 Kg water if necessary.
- It is recommended that mechanical mixing (400-500 rpm) should be used for 2-3 minutes to ensure proper dispersion of the components.
- Apply the mixed material onto the prepared surface using a block brush, squeegee or roller in a stifling action. Apply 2-3 coats finish depending on site conditions and film thickness required.
- If a trowel is used for application, all undulating or uneven areas must be patched to level before applying the Gomix K13 to prevent the material from building up too thick in one application.
- If a 2nd coat is applied, the 1st coat must be left dry tacky approximately 2-3 hours depending on the thickness, substrate porosity and the temperature.
- K13 must be protected by rendering or screeding after 3 days of application.
