Mixing & Application Guidelines
Surface Preparation
Clean/dry surface (free of oil/grease/loose material); new concrete/render cured for 4 weeks; old concrete stripped of loose mortar/paint.
Mixing Steps
Add water to pot → mix with powder to even paste → stand 5-10mins → remix for better workability.
Application Method
Spread 2mm thick on substrate → butter mosaic sheet back (fill all joints) → press with wooden float (final bed 3mm thick) → peel paper after setting (wet paper thoroughly).
Curing & Traffic
Light foot traffic after 2-3hrs; full traffic after 12hrs (per site conditions); water resistant for long-term use.
Key Warnings:
- • Do not use directly on gypsum plaster substrate without pretreatment
- • Mosaics must be dry before fixing
- • Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or above 40°C
