These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and manufacturing solutions provided by Gomix (Guangdong) Building Materials Co., Ltd. ("Gomix," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with our services, placing an order, or browsing our digital catalogue, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Established in 2010, Gomix operates under the laws of the People's Republic of China. Our manufacturing facility, located in Guangzhou, adheres to strict industrial standards. These terms apply to all domestic and international transactions unless superseded by a specific written contract signed by authorized representatives.

Gomix is dedicated to producing high-quality construction materials, including but not limited to Tile Adhesive, Tile Grout, Waterproofing Materials, and Wall Putty.

• Certifications: Our products are manufactured in compliance with ISO9001 quality management systems. Specific products hold SGS, CBMCA, and Green Decoration Materials Certificates.

• Technical Data: While we strive for accuracy, technical specifications (coverage rates, curing times) provided in our catalogues are based on controlled laboratory conditions. Actual performance may vary based on on-site environmental factors.

• Volatile Pollutants: We are committed to environmental safety. Our products meet the "Emission of Volatile Pollutants Class A+" standard where indicated.

With 12 separate sets of production facilities spanning 20,000 square meters, we accommodate both standard catalogue orders and custom manufacturing requests.

Our strategic location in Guangzhou, a primary logistic hub in South China, allows for efficient distribution.

Export: For international orders (exported to over 100 countries), Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) will be defined in the specific sales contract. Gomix is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure, or shipping carrier logistics once the goods have left our facility in good condition.
