S4 Exterior Latex Primer & Sealer is a micronized acrylic-based waterborne primer-sealer, designed for exterior masonry surfaces including brickwork, plaster, cement, and asbestos. It acts as a substrate sealer, absorption regulator & adhesion catalyst, ensuring long-lasting protection for new or previously painted surfaces.

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose particles. Remove any chalking or peeling paint.
Application Method
Apply by brush, roller, or airless spray. No thinning required for most applications.
Application Conditions
Air & surface temperature: 10-32°C (50-90°F). Avoid application in direct sunlight or windy conditions.
Coverage Rate
350-400 sq. ft./gallon (33-37 m²/gallon) depending on surface porosity.
Clean Up & Storage
Clean Up
Clean tools and equipment with soap and warm water immediately after use.
Storage
Store in original containers at 5-35°C (41-95°F). Protect from freezing. Keep containers tightly closed.
Disposal
Dispose of unused product and containers according to local environmental regulations.
