Step-by-step guide for optimal application and long-term performance
Surface Preparation
Clean oil/grease/dirt, roughen concrete surface, saturate with water for 24hrs before application.
Mixing
Use electric mixer, mix only usable amount within 30 minutes working time for best results.
Placement
Fill bolt holes first, place from one direction, avoid voids and ensure complete coverage.
Curing
Protect with plastic/burlap for 72hrs, apply curing compound for long-term protection.
Storage
Keep in dry, cool area, avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life: 1 year under proper storage conditions.
