Application & Surface Preparation Guidelines

Surface Preparation
All substrates: structurally sound, clean (free of dirt/grease/paint/oil/loose contaminants)
Remove sharp protrusions (avoid membrane piercing); fill gaps/voids firmly
New concrete: cure for ≥6 weeks; old concrete: clean with detergent + water, dry 24hrs
Building boards: firmly fixed, screw/nail heads sealed with epoxy, joints taped (50mm polyethylene tape)

Construction Steps
1st coat: apply 1.5 kg/㎡ K10 Seal with brush/roller
2nd coat: embed fiberglass matting into wet seal, roll 1.0 kg/㎡ product to cover mat
3rd coat: apply at 90° angle to 2nd coat (allow 4hrs drying @20°C between coats)
4th coat: optional (for enhanced protection), ensure no pinholes
Final cure: 24hrs @20°C (longer in low temp/confined areas); pond test after 7 days curing

Consumption Notes
Total coverage: 5-8 ㎡/15kg (with fiberglass reinforcing)
Drying/curing time: reduced above 20°C, increased below 20°C

Key Warnings
Do not freeze, thin, or add sand (reduces flexibility/causes cracking)
Do not apply in extreme temps (＜5°C / ＞40°C) or negative hydrostatic pressure areas
Do not apply too thickly at wall/floor junctions (reduces flexibility)
Do not cover membrane within 24hrs of final coat; no permanent water immersion use
