Application & Mixing Guidelines
1 Surface Preparation
All substrates: clean, free of protrusions/dirt/grease/oil/loose contaminants; structurally sound
Fill voids/cracks/edges with suitable repair material, ensure even surface
Highly porous substrates/lightweight aerated blocks: prime with GoMix Primer (until tint visible)
2 Mixing Steps
Pour 18kg Component B (liquid) into clean vessel → add 25kg Component A (powder) gradually
Mix with 400-500 rpm mechanical mixer for 2-3hrs (lump-free plastic consistency)
Add 1-2kg clean water if needed (adjust consistency without diluting performance)
3 Application Operation
Apply with block brush/squeegee/roller (stifling action); 2-3 coats based on site conditions
2nd coat: apply when 1st coat is dry tacky (2-3hrs, depending on thickness/temperature)
Trowel application: level uneven areas first (avoid uneven material build-up)
Render/screed protection: apply after 3 days of final coat; tile fixing: direct application allowed
! Key Warnings
Do not apply below 5°C or above 45°C; do not add extra cement/sand to mixture
Ensure ventilation during application; wear rubber gloves (cement may cause dermatitis)
Do not use on non-primed highly porous substrates (risk of poor adhesion)
