Application & Surface Preparation Guidelines
Surface Preparation
- ✅ All surfaces: Flat, solid, dry, clean (free of oil/grease/wax)
- ✅ Tile substrates: Clean gaps (5~10mm depth); seal cracks >1mm with waterplug
- ✅ Remove dust/powder/sand from walls (not applicable for such surfaces)
Application Steps
- ✅ Apply with brush/roller/spray on surface and tile joints
- ✅ Brush 2-3 times (crisscross direction) for full pore penetration, wait for previous coat to dry (non-sticky)
- ✅ Dilute with clean water only if viscosity is too high (min water amount)
- ✅ Cure for 6-12hrs at normal temp, avoid water contact during curing
Key Warnings
- ❌ Do not use below 5°C or in humid/unventilated environments
- ❌ Not for long-term water immersion
- ❌ Stop construction if it rains, protect the construction area
