Application & Mixing Guidelines

Surface Preparation
Cut out leak area to min 1" depth & width; remove loose material
Clean area with high-pressure water blast (oil/grease/paint free)
Ensure substrate temperature β₯ +5Β°C, no frozen surfaces

Mixing Steps
Mix 1kg powder with 0.35L clean water in clean container
Stir with trowel/mechanical mixer for β₯3 mins (lump-free, homogeneous)
Mix only usable amount - fast setting, no excess preparation

Application Operation
Knead mixture into putty ball until it begins to stiffen
Force putty into leak/crack with hand/trowel, hold for ~1 minute
Cure for β₯5 days (keep damp); protect from rain for 24hrs, extreme weather during setting
Key Warnings
Do not apply below +5Β°C or on frozen substrates
Do not add other cements/aggregates, do not retemper material
Work speedily - material sets in 2 minutes, no slow operation
