How to Use PB02 Base Coat & Adhesive
Mixing
Use clean equipment. Mix 4 parts powder with 1 part clean water, stir with high-speed drill to homogeneous consistency. Let stand for 5 minutes, then re-stir before use.
Adhesion
Apply to insulation board/wall with 5/8 in. (16mm) trowel (masonry/concrete) or 5/16 in. (8mm) trowel (sheathing). Press boards into fresh mortar immediately, ensure 60-70% adhesion coverage.
Reinforcement
Rasp boards after 24 hours (adhesive fully cured). Apply 1.5-2.4mm thick PB02 mixture, embed fiber glass mesh (10cm overlap at joints), smooth surface. Apply second coat when first is dry (total thickness 3-6mm).
