Application Scenarios

- K7 Waterplug is usually applied manually.
- Cut out the area to be plugged to minimum depthand width of 1″. Clean with high pressure water blast to remove oil, grease, loose mortar, paints,coatings, etc.
- To mix, add enough clean water to QUICK PLUGto make putty consistency.
- Work putty between hands, into a ball-shaped mass until it begins to stiffen.
- Force WATERPLUG into opening with hand or trowel. Hold for approximately 1 minute or untilmaterial has set.
- The operation has to be carried out speedily because K7 Waterplug mortar sets quickly
- Do not apply at temperatures below +5℃ or to a frozen substrate.
