Application & Mixing Guidelines
Surface Preparation
Substrates: firm, relatively even, free of voids/gaping cracks/ridges
Remove bitumen/oil/grease/paint residues; clear laitance/unsound concrete
Pre-water substrate thoroughly, keep slightly damp before application
Mixing Steps
Brush/trowel: Mix 25kg powder with 7.5L clean water
Spray: Mix 25kg powder with 5.75-6.25L clean water
Stir with mechanical mixer for ≥3 minutes until homogeneous
Application Operation
Apply with brush/trowel/spray; max 4kg/㎡ per application
Protect from extreme weather during setting
Cover with 3:1 sand-cement rough cast while mortar is still "green"
Key Warnings
Do not apply below -5°C or on frozen substrates
Do not use as decorative material
Avoid skin/eye contact; wear suitable gloves
