Step-by-step professional application process
Surface Preparation
- Structurally sound, dry & clean surface
- New concrete cured for 1 week
- Painted surfaces abraded to expose 80% substrate
Mixing Steps
- Add adhesive to clean water
- Mix with electric mixer to creamy consistency
- Stand for 10mins → remix before use
Application Method
- 3mm min bed for floors/2mm for walls
- Use 6×6mm trowel (≤150×150mm tiles) / 10×12mm trowel (larger tiles)
- Press tiles firmly to avoid voids
Grouting & Curing
- Same day grouting (6-8hrs after tiling)
- Recommend GoMix CG2 Coloured Grout
- 24hrs curing before light foot traffic
