Mixing & Application Guidelines
1 Surface Preparation
Mechanically strong, dry & clean substrate; cement screeds cured for 28 days; hot surfaces cooled with water; gypsum substrates primed with GoMix S1 Primer.
2 Mixing Steps
Blend with clean water to lump-free mix → stand for 5 mins → remix; mix lasts for over 8 hours.
3 Application Method
Apply with notched trowel; back butter large tiles (>900 cm² outdoor) for full coverage; firm pressure to ensure good contact.
4 Grouting & Curing
Wall grouting after 4-8hrs, floor grouting after 24hrs; use GoMix CG2 Coloured Grout; protect from water/rain for 24hrs, from freeze/sun for 5-7 days.
Key Warnings
- • Not for metal/rubber/PVC/linoleum substrates
- • Not for thin porcelain gres >3600 cm² (use C2TES2 instead)
- • Not for moisture-sensitive natural stones/efflorescence-prone marble
- • Do not add water to the mix once it starts to set
